PARÁKOVÁ, L. Strategie otevření VIP poradenské kanceláře. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na navržení vhodné strategie otevření VIP poradenské kanceláře, které by mělo proběhnout v druhé polovině roku 2021. Základní problematika je podrobněji popsána pomocí odborné literatury v literární rešerši, v první části bakalářské práce. Jsou zde popsány základní pojmy jako je podnikatelský plán, analýza prostředí podniku a strategie. Druhá část se snaží aplikovat teoretické poznatky přímo na společnost Partners Financial Services, přičemž na základě zhodnocení všech okolností bude navržena konkrétní strategie, možné scénáře, které by mohly nastat a jak by mohly být řešeny. The Bachelor thesis focuses on suggestion of opening VIP consultant office, which should be opened in 2021 in Prague. The basic problematic is described in more detail in literary part, in the first part of bachelor thesis, by special literature. Basic definitions such as business plan, analysis of environment and strategy will be described in this part. The second part is practical and it describes Partners Financial Services company. Based on the evaluation of all circumstances, a specific strategy will be proposed, possible scenarios that could occur and how they could be solved.
