Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací faktorů z oblasti vzdělanosti v zemích V4, které porovnává se zeměmi Skandinávie. Největší důraz je kladen na terciární vzdělání. V práci jsou vyhodnoceny faktory, které v současnosti ovlivňují ekonomickou výkonnost zemí v podobě HDP na obyvatele. První část práce prezentuje aktuálnost zkoumané problematiky, teoretická východiska a současný stav zkoumaných faktorů. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním zemí V4 a Skandinávie, identifikací faktorů, které v současnosti ovlivňují ekonomický růst a jejich možným budoucím vývojem. Pomocí regresní analýzy bylo prokázáno, že podíl terciárně vzdělaných statisticky významně ovlivňuje ekonomickou výkonnost všech zemí V4 i Skandinávie. Na základě demografických projekcí bylo prokázáno, že bude docházet ke stárnutí populace, což bude mít vliv i na terciární vzdělanost. Gruševá, E. The thesis deals with identifying factors in the field of education in the V4 countries, which is then compared with the countries of Scandinavia. The most significant emphasis is placed on tertiary education. The thesis evaluates the factors that currently affect the economic performance of countries in the form of GDP per capita. The first part of the thesis outlines the topicality of the researched issues, theoretical background, and the investigated factors' current state. The practical part deals with comparing the V4 countries and Scandinavia, identifying factors that currently affect economic growth and their possible future development. Using regression analysis showed that the share of tertiary educated statistically significantly affects the economic performance of all V4 countries and Scandinavia. Demographic projections have shown that the population will age, affecting tertiary education.
