Tématem diplomové práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Tento rodinný dům je navržen na konkrétním pozemku v obci Bochoř, který je rovinatý. Rodinný dům se sestává ze dvou nadzemních podlaží a je nepodsklepený. Celý dům je realizován systémem CLT, přesněji systémem NOVATOP, který je detailněji popsán a rozebrán v literárním přehledu. V rešerši také najdeme popis zelených střech, tepelných čerpadel a fotovoltaických elektráren. Veškeré střešní roviny jsou provedeny jako ploché jednoplášťové s vegetační skladbou střechy s extenzivní zelení. Součástí práce je projektová dokumentace, průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy, technický popis stavby. The topic of the diploma thesis is the four-membered family house design. This family house is designed on a specific plot in Bochoř village, which is flat. The family house consists of two floors with no basement. The whole building is using the CLT system, more precisely the NOVATOP system, which is analyzed and described in more detail in the literature review. The research part is dedicated to green roofs, heat pumps, and photovoltaic power plants. All of the roofs are designed to be flat single-skin planes with a vegetation structure with extensive greenery. The thesis also contains the project documentation, energy performance certificate of the building, and technical description of the construction.
