Předkládaná práce popisuje analýzu komunikační strategie města Rousínov s obyvateli. Literární rešerše se věnuje problematice veřejné správy v České republice a obsahuje charakteristiku dílčích orgánů obce. Další část rešerše se zabývá důvody zapojování veřejnosti na rozvoji obce, na které navazuje oblast komunikace a služeb. Dále byla zjišťována, pomocí dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů, jejich spokojenost s dosavadními způsoby komunikace. Následně byly zpracovány návrhy pro efektivnější způsob komunikace. The present work describes the analysis of the communication strategy of the city of Rousínov with the residents. Literary research devoted to the issues of public administration in the Czech republic and contains the characteristics of the sub-organs of the municipality. Another part of the research deals with the reasons for involving the public in the development of the village, which follows the area of communication and services. It was further studied, using a questionnaire survey and structured interviews, their satisfaction with existing methods of communication. Subsequently, they were processed proposals for a more effective way of communication.
