Bakalářská práce se zabývá globální problematikou městského tepelného ostrova a významnou rolí objektů krajinářské architektury ve snižování jeho efektu. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První, teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice městského tepelného ostrova, jeho příčinám a dopadům. Dále popisuje hlavní strategie ochlazování našich měst, vyzdvihuje adaptačně-mitigační opatření a jejich možnosti využití v krajině-architektonické tvorbě. Analytická část se zabývá podrobným rozborem konkrétního území ve městě Trnava; Orelské zahrady a jejího nejbližšího okolí. Poslední, návrhovou část představuje architektonická studie vybraného modelového území. Proces navrhování je zaměřen na tvorbu příjemného a odolného prostoru pro obyvatele, s využitím ochlazovacích strategií a adaptačně-mitigačních opatření. The bachelor thesis deals with the global issue of the urban heat island and the significant role of landscape architecture objects in reducing its impact. The thesis is divided into three main parts. Firstly, the theoretical part is dedicated to the characteristics of the urban heat island, its causes, impacts, and effects. It also interprets the main cooling strategies in our cities, highlights adaptation-mitigation measures and their possibilities of use in landscape architecture. Secondly, the analytical part is devoted to detailed analysis of the specific area located in the city of Trnava; the Orolská garden and its immediate surroundings. Finally, the project part is represented by an architectural study of the selected model area. The aim of the design process is mainly to create a pleasant and sustainable space for residents, while incorporating cooling strategies and adaptation-mitigation measures.
