Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dřevostavby pro bydlení v městské části Brno-Bosonohy, navržená dispozice odpovídá trvalému bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny a respektuje normativní i legislativní požadavky v ČR. Prostorové řešení domu zohledňuje nejen urbanistické koncepce dané oblasti, ale je i v souladu s územním plánem, který by měl vstoupit v platnost v roce 2022. Za systém je zvolena difuzně otevřená konstrukce. Pro vybrání nejvhodnějšího řešení bylo vypracováno 6 dispozičních variant pro dvoupodlažní nebo jednopodlažní objekt, vždy ale se šikmým zastřešením malého spádu. Zvolený nejvhodnější koncept domu je dále rozpracován do příslušné výkresové dokumentace s technickým popisem a doloženým součinitelem prostupu tepla obvodovým pláštěm i střešní konstrukcí. Závěrem byla stanovena orientační cena dle JKSO pomocí měrných jednotek platných pro aktuální období. The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a wooden building for housing in the district of Brno-Bosonohy, the proposed layout corresponds to the permanent housing of a four member family and respects the normative and legislative requirements in the Czech Republic. The spatial solution of the house takes into account not only the urban concept of the area, but is also in accordance with the zoning plan, which should enter into force in 2022. As the construction system is chosen a diffusion-open system. To select the most suitable solution, 6 layout variants were developed for a two-storey or single-storey building, but always with a sloping roof of a small slope. The selected most suitable concept of the house is further elaborated into the relevant drawing documentation with a technical description and a documented heat transfer coefficient through the perimeter cladding and the roof structure. Finally, the approximate price was determined according to JKSO using units of measure valid for the current period.
