Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vinohradnictvím a vinařstvím v Ruskou federace. Součástí práce jsou historie, současný stav a praktická část. V historickou častí práce stručné popisují oblastí SSSR ve kterých prospívali vinařství a vinohradnictví: Ukrajinská SSR, Moldavská SSR, RSFSR, Gruzínská SSR, Ázerbájdžánská SSR, Arménská SSR, Uzbecká SSR, Tádžická SSR, Kazašská SSR,Kyrgyzská SSR a Turkmenská SSR. Další častí práce je současný stav, kde jsou popsané dnešní vinařské regiony Ruska a některých vinařské firmy: Krasnodarský kraj(Fanagoria,Abrau-Durso), Dagestán(Derbentský závod šumivých vín), Rostovská oblast (Vinařství Vedernikov), Stavropolská oblast (Praskovejský), Krym. V praktické části býlí degustované několik vzorků ruských vín a bylo provedeno jejich analytické zhodnocení. Cílem bylo popsat rozvoj vinařství a vinohradnictví v SSSR a Rusků. This bachelor's thesis deals with viticulture and winemaking in the Russian Federation. The work includes history, the current state and the practical part. In historical part of the work, I briefly describe the areas of the USSR in which wineries and viticulture prospered: Ukrainian SSR, Moldovan SSR, RSFSR, Georgian SSR, Azerbaijan SSR, Armenian SSR, Uzbek SSR, Tajik SSR, Kazakh SSR, Kyrgyz SSR and Turkmen SSR. Another part of the work is the current state, where today's wine regions of Russia and some wine companies are described: Krasnodar Region (Fanagoria, Abrau-Durso), Dagestan (Derbent Sparkling Wine Plant), Rostov Region (Vedernikov Winery), Stavropol Oblast (Praskovejský), Crimea. Several samples of Russian wines were tasted in the practical part and their analytical evaluation was carried out. The aim was to describe the development of winemaking and viticulture in the USSR and Russia.
