Bakalářská práce se zabývá apelačním systémem VOC (vína originální certifikace) Valtice. Záměrem je přiblížit problematiku terroir, což je fenomén, na němž jsou VOC značení založena. Práce charakterizuje VOC Valtice z pohledu půdních, geologických a klimatologických. Je popsán historický vývoj vinařství ve Valticích se zaměřením na tradiční odrůdy. Dále jsou popsány stanovy VOC Valtice, vybrané odrůdy a zdůrazněny jsou rozdíly mezi jednotlivými spolky VOC v České republice. Blíže jsou také charakterizovány viniční tratě VOC Valtice z pohledu půdních a klimatologických podmínek a současné odrůdové skladby. The bachelor thesis deals with VOC system (wine of certified origin) Valtice. The intention is to describe the term terroir, a phenomenon, on which VOC labeling is based. The work further characterises VOC Valtice in terms of soil, geological and climatological conditions. It describes the historical development of winemaking in Valtice whilst focusing on its traditional grape varieties. Further, the statutes of VOC Valtice and the selected varieties are described. The differences between different VOCs in the Czech Republic are underlined. The VOC Valtice vineyards are more closely characterised in terms of soil and climatological conditions and the contermporary varietal composition of the vineyards is described.
