ABSTRAKT Hodnocení účinnosti přípravků na ošetření ran vzniklých při výchovném řezu mladých dřevin Josef Nosek Nedílnou součástí arboristiky je problém houbových patogenů. Řezná rána může být infikována po celou dobu, kdy není zcela zacelena hojivým pletivem. Tato práce zkoumá účinnost jednotlivých variant ošetření řezných ran po výchovném řezu. Pro výzkum bylo použito deset variant ošetření řezů. Za účelem zvýšení objektivity práce byl experiment prováděn na třech různých taxonech. Výzkum se zabýval především efektivitou přípravků obsahujících fytohormony, reakcí jednotlivých taxonů a vlivem výšky řezné rány vůči bázi stromu, jež se ukázalo jako významné kritérium. Vliv přípravků byl porovnáván s výchovným řezem bez ošetření řezných ran. Tuto variantu ošetření uvádí AOPK ve standardu řezu stromů jako výhradní s tímto faktem jsou výsledky práce v rozporu. Přípravky obsahující auxiny vyšly z výzkumu lépe než přípravky bez nich. An integral part of arboristics is the problem of fungi pathogens connected to the safety of trees in urban areas. The wound may be infected as long as it is not completely covered by the callus. This thesis examines the effectiveness of individual treatment options for cutting wounds. Ten variation treatments were used for the research. Three different taxa were examined for significance of the work. The research dealt mainly with the effectiveness of phytohormone-containing products, the reaction of individual taxa and the cut wound level effect against the tree base, which proved to be an important criterion. The effect of the preparations was compared with the educational section without more specific adjustments, this variant of treatment is given by AOPK in the standard of tree cut as exclusive, results of the work are in conflict to this fact. Auxin-containing preparations have gone out of research better than others.
