Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na látky kontaminující víno, především na těžké kovy. Objasňuje jejich původ ve víně i v životním prostředí. Zabývá se vlastnostmi těžkých kovů a uvádí možnosti, jak eliminovat kontaminaci vína těmito látkami při jeho výrobě. Popisuje možná zdravotní rizika spojené s toxickými účinky těžkých kovů v lidském organismu. Součástí práce je i charakteristika jiných látek, které mohou kontaminovat víno a jejich možný dopadu na lidské zdraví. The bachelor thesis is focused on substances contaminating wine, especially heavy metals. It explains their origin in wine and in the environment. It deals with the properties of heavy metals and presents ways to eliminate contamination of wine with these substances during its production. Describes the possible health risks associated with the toxic effects of heavy metals in the human body. Part of the work is also the characteristics of other substances that can contaminate wine and their possible impact on human health.
