Bakalářská práce obsahuje charakteristiku druhu Theobroma cacao. Je zde popsán jeho původ a historie, pěstování, zpracování a světový trh s kakaovými boby. V práci se dále srovnává jeho pěstování na plantážích v agrolesnických a monokulturních systémech. Porovnávají se výhody a nevýhody používání těchto systémů, dopady na životní prostředí, vliv na obyvatelstvo a celková udržitelnost těchto systémů. V práci jsou také zmíněny světové organizace, které se věnují agrolesnictví a jeho certifikaci. Bachelor thesis contains characteristic of species Theobroma cacao. In this work is described origin and history, processing and world market with cocoa beans. In work is compared cultivation at plantation in agroforestry and monoculture systems. There is compared the benefits and disadvantages of usage of this systems. In the work is mentioned some informations about world organization, which are interested in agroforestry and also agroforestry certification.
