Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na integraci imigrantů v Norsku. Cílem práce je vy-hodnotit integraci migrantů na základě studia indikátorů integrace a migračních politik. Dalším cílem je poskytnout návrhy pro zlepšení integrace imigrantů v této zemi. V bakalářské práci je popsán multikulturní integrační model, který norská politika zastává. Hlavním cílem je popsat proces integrace imigrantů nejen ve společnosti, ale i na ekonomickém trhu. V rámci práce je analyzován vývoj migrace v Norsku. Je znázorněna i situace migrantů v České republice, jaké je postavení migrantů na trhu práce a vývoj počtu migrantů. Zjištěná data sloužila ke komparaci situace v daných zemích. Bachelor thesis is focused on the integration of immigrants in Norway. The aim is to evaluate the integration of migrants on the basis of the study of indicators of integration and migration policies. Another aim is to provide suggestions for improving the integration of immigrants in this country. The bachelor is described in a multicultural integration model, which holds the Norwegian police. The main goal is to describe the process of integration of immigrants not only in society but also in the economic market. In this work is analyzed the evolution of migration in Norway. It shows the situation of migrants in the Czech Republic, the status of migrants in the labor market and trends in the number of migrants. The observed data was used to compare the situation in those countries.
