Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis a analýzu současné situace lesního hospodářství na území České republiky. Důraz je kladen na aktuální problémy tohoto odvětví. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis lesního hospodářství a jeho ekonomiky, definici lesního podniku , a především charakteristiku problémů, kterým lesnictví České republiky v současnosti musí čelit. Praktická část je zacílena na analýzu ekonomické výkonnosti lesních a dřevozpracujících podniků rozdělených podle velikosti, odvětví a územní příslušnosti. Zdrojová data k tomuto rozboru jsou získány z databáze Amadeus. This thesis focuses on the description and analysis of the current situation of forestry in the Czech Republic. Emphasis is placed on the current problems of this sector. Theoretical part includes description of the forestry and its economy, definition of the forestry enterprise and mainly characteristics of the problems that forestry of the Czech Republic has to face. The practical part is targeted at analyzing of the economic performance of forestry and wood processing enterprises categorized by size, sector and territorial jurisdiction. The source data for this analysis are obtained from the Amadeus database.
