cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku chemických forem rtuti (především Hg0, Hg2+, CH3Hg+, (CH3)2Hg), jejich distribuci a biologickou dostupnost pro rostliny. Obsahuje zmínku o transformacích chemických forem rtuti, účincích rtuti na lidský i rostlinný organismus a uvádí základní informace o roketě seté (Eruca sativa Mill.). Praktická část specifikuje místa odběru, přípravu a měření vzorků půd i rostlin. Půdy odebrané v lokalitě historické těžby cinabaritu (Jedová hora) obsahovaly 4,1893‒45,9160 mg/kg Hg a překračovaly limit obsahu rtuti (0,3 mg/kg sušiny) stanovený vyhláškou MŽP č. 153/2016 Sb. Listy i kořeny rokety seté z kontrolní půdy obsahovaly statisticky významně nižší množství Hg oproti kontaminovaným půdám (p < 0,05). Obsah rtuti v kořenech vzrůstal s dobou akumulace a s koncentrací Hg v půdě. S ohledem na akceptovaný denní příjem rtuti (0,04 mg/kg Hg) a průměrnou denní spotřebu dané listové zeleniny nebyly vypěstované rostliny zhodnoceny jako zdravotně nebezpečné.The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on a characteristic of chemical forms of mercury (especially Hg0, Hg2+, CH3Hg+, (CH3)2Hg), their distribution and bioavailability for plants. The thesis also contains mercury forms transformations, their effects on the human and plant organism and basic information about the rocket (Eruca sativa Mill.). The practical part specifies places of collection, preparation and measurement of soil and plant samples. Soils collected in the locality of historical cinnabar mining (Jedová hora) contained 4,1893‒45,9160 mg/kg Hg and exceeded the Hg content limit (0,3 mg/kg dry matter) set by the Ministry of the Environment Decree No. 153/2016 Coll. Rocket leaves and roots from the control soil contained a statistically significantly lower amount of Hg compared to the contaminated soil (p < 0,05). The mercury content in the roots increased with the Hg concentration in the soil and with the accumulation time. In connection with the acceptable daily intake of mercury (0,04 mg/kg Hg) and the average daily consumption of the leafy vegetables, cultivated plants were not evaluated as unhealthy.
