Tato práce se zabývá tématem včel v České republice a jejich nejvýznamnějším produktem – medem. V práci je popsána fyziologie včely, její role ve společenstvu a její produkty. Druhá část práce je věnována medu, využití a složení. Velká část práce je věnována právě složení medu a vlivu těchto složek na lidské zdraví. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na biologicky aktivní látky v medu. This work deals with the topic of bees in the Czech Republic and their most important product - honey. The work describes the physiology of the bee, its role in the community and its products. The second part of the work is devoted to honey, use and composition. A large part of the work is devoted to the composition of honey and the effect of these components on human health. The work focuses mainly on biologically active substances in honey.
