Bakalářská práce se zabývá představami žáků středních škol o jejich budoucí kariérové dráze. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části bude vymezen pojem kariéra, kariérní poradenství a zaměstnání. V práci budou zakomponovány atributy kariérového rozhodování, jejich těžkosti při rozhodování o jejich budoucí kariérové dráze. Metodami použitými v teoretické části bakalářské práce budou studium odborných literárních zdrojů, odborných časopisů a elektronické české publikace, které se zabývají daným tématem. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké mají představy o svém zaměstnání žáci 1. až 3. ročníků učebních oborů Střední zahradnické školy Rajhrad. Zde budou zjišťovány jejich myšlenky, plány a znalosti potřebné k úspěšné volbě budoucí kariérové dráhy po absolvování studia a také zdroje, ze kterých tyto informace získávají. Nástrojem sběru dat bude dotazník navržený pro účely průzkumu. Data z dotazníků budou zpracována za využití popisné statistiky. The bachelor thesis deals with the ideas of secondary school pupils about their future career path. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part will define the concept of career, career counseling and employment. The work will incorporate the attributes of career decision making, their difficulties in deciding their future career path. The methods used in the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis will be the study of specialized literary sources, professional journals and electronic Czech publications dealing with the given topic. The aim of the practical part of the bachelor's thesis is to find out what the ideas of their employment are for pupils from 1st to 3rd year of study courses of the Rajhrad - Central Horticultural School. Here they will find out their ideas, plans and knowledge needed to successfully choose a future career path after graduation, as well as the sources from which they get this information. The data collection tool will be a questionnaire designed for survey purposes. Questionnaire data will be processed using descriptive statistics.
