Tato práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci faktorů, které ovlivňují úroveň osobní pohody obyvatel vybraných zemí Evropy. Literární přehled se zabývá definicí osobní pohody, důvody a metodami jejího měření a v neposlední řadě předpokládanými faktory majícími na subjektivní osobní pohodu vliv. Empirická analýza vychází z údajů 30 zemí, které jsou klasifikovány na skupiny s obdobnými vlastnostmi prostřednictvím shlukové analýzy. Práce dále zkoumá funkční vztah mezi subjektivní osobní pohodou a předpokládanými faktory při použití vícerozměrného regresního modelu. Výstupy regresní analýzy prokázaly, že mezi významné faktory patří ukazatel čistého příjmu a míry rizika chudoby. Vytvořené modely indikovaly pozitivní dopad čistého příjmu a negativní dopad míry rizika chudoby na subjektivní osobní pohodu. Diploma thesis focuses on the identification of factors, that influence the level of subjective well-being of the population in selected European countries. The literature review deals with the definition of the concept of well-being, the reasons and methods of its measurement and, last but not least, the expected factors influencing subjective well-being. The empirical analysis is based on the data from 30 countries, which are classified into groups with similar characteristics by cluster analysis. The thesis then further examines the functional relationship between subjective well-being and the presumed factors with the use of the multiple regression model. The results of the regression analysis demonstrated, that significant factors include the net income indicator and the risk of poverty rate. The created models indicated a positive impact of the net income and a negative impact of the risk of poverty rate on subjective well-being.
