Základem každého zemědělského podniku by měla být dostatečná konkurenceschopnost na trhu, proto se bakalářská práce zabývá analýzou ekonomických souvislostí konkrétního zemědělského podniku situovaného v Pardubickém kraji. Zhodnocení efektivnosti podniku je provedeno pomocí adekvátních finančních ukazatelů, jež poskytují informace o hospodárnosti ekonomického subjektu. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je zohledněna problematika zemědělství v souvislostech ekonomického systému neboli agrobyznysu. Praktická část se věnuje aplikaci finančních ukazatelů pro posouzení finančního zdraví podniku a hodnocení nákladů na produkci vybraných plodin. Prostřednictvím vhodných ukazatelů je zhodnocena majetková a finanční struktura podniku, při čemž podnik vykazuje ve všech výsledných ukazatelích pozitivní hodnoty a každoročně navyšuje výsledek hospodaření, což mu umožňuje se nadále rozvíjet ve své činnosti. Závěrem lze říci, že podnik nevykazuje žádné prvky nestability a budoucího úpadku. The basis of each farm should be a lack of competitiveness on the market, so the bachelor thesis analyzes the economic context of a particular farm, situated in Pardubice region. Assessing the effectiveness of the company is carried out by means of adequate financial indicators that provide information about the cost-effectiveness of economic entity. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the problems of agriculture in the context of the economic system or agribusiness. The practical part is devoted to the application of financial indicators to assess the financial health of the company and assessment of the cost of production of selected crops. Using suitable indicators the asset and financial structure of the company is evaluated, whereby the company has all the resulting indicators of positive values and increases yearly profit, allowing it to develop their activities. In conclusion we can say that the company does not have any elements of stability and a future decline.
