Předložená bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze stylů vedení a jejich vlivu na efektivitu práce zaměstnanců. Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. První část představuje přehled literatury týkající se daného tématu. Druhou tvoří vlastní analýza hloubkových rozhovorů se dvěma manažery různých organizací a dotazníkové šetření provedené mezi jejich podřízenými. The submitted bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of leadership styles and their influence on the effectiveness of employees. This thesis consists of theoretical and empirical parts. The first part presents a review of the literature related to the topic. The second part consists of the self-analysis of in-depth interviews with two managers of different organizations and a questionnaire survey among their subordinates.
