Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou transformace sociálních služeb v příspěvkových organizacích kraje Vysočina, Olomouckého kraje a Jihomoravského kraje. Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit ekonomické dopady transformace sociálních služeb na zainteresované subjekty, konkrétně na organizace, zaměstnance a uživatele sociálních služeb. Na základě získaných výsledků pak byla navržena doporučení k procesu transformace. Základem pro hodnocení dopadů transformačního procesu a návrhy doporučení je kvalitativní výzkum, konkrétně řízený rozhovor. Práce dochází k závěru, že dopady transformačního procesu se projevují především v personalizaci služby a nárůstem osobních nákladů. Kvalita poskytované služby však v důsledku tohoto procesu skokově narostla. The diploma thesis deals with the issues transformation of social services at the allowance organizations of Vysočina region, Olomouc region and the South – Moravian region. The aim of diploma thesis is evaluate an economic impact of transformation of social care to the interested subjects, concretely at the organization, employees and users of social services. There will be propose the recommendation to the process of transformation. The basis for evaluating impacts of transformation process and making a reccomendations is qualitative research, especially a controlled interview. The diploma thesis conclusion is that impacts of transformation of social services is connected with growth of employees and growth of personal costs. The consequence of this process is also huge growth of quality of social services.
