Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje hodnocení použití pomocného rostlinného přípravku PlantAk¬tiv v porostech řepky ozimé. Hodnotí především vliv na výnos a následnou ekonomiku celého porostu při jeho použití. Výsledky se opírají o jednoletý polní provozní pokus, který byl založen v malém rodinném podniku. Byly založeny celkem tři varianty a to ošetřený porost po bezorebném zpracování, ošetřený porost po orbě a neošetřená kontrola po orbě. Výnosy byly ve všech třech variantách měřeny ve dvou opakováních a poté vyhodnoceny. Literární přehled se týká obecného popisu řepky a jejího pěstování v podmínkách České republiky. Metodika obsahuje popis založení a sklizně provozního pokusu. Ve výsledcích a diskusi je popsán průběh celé vegetace pokusu a jsou porovnány výnosy z jednotlivých variant včetně ekonomického zhodnocení použití přípravku. This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the use of the auxiliary plant preparation PlantAktiv in winter oilseed rape growth. It mainly evaluates the influence on the yield and the subsequent economy of the whole stand when using it. The results are based on a one-year field operation experiment set up in a small family business. A total of three variants were established, namely the treated stand after reduced tillage, the treated stand after plowing and the untreated control after plowing. Yields were measured in duplicate in all three variants and then evaluated. The literature review concerns the general description of rapeseed and its cultivation in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The methodology de¬scribe¬s the establishment and the harvest of an operational experiment. The results and discussion describe the course of the entire vegetation of the experiment and compare the yields from particular variants and the economic evaluation of the product application.
