Tato závěrečná práce je zaměřena na problematiku biodegradabilních plastů a jejich ekonomického a výrobního zhodnocení. První část pojednává o obecné charakteristice plastů a biologicky rozložitelných plastů. Definuje základní pojmy, způsoby výroby biodegradabilních plastů, použité materiály k jejich výrobě. Dále popis a dělení jednotlivých druhů biologicky rozložitelných plastů se zaměřením na rozdělení biodegradabilních polymerů z obnovitelných a neobnovitelných zdrojů a možnosti jejich využití. Druhá část se zabývá ekonomickým a výrobním zhodnocením biologicky rozložitelných plastů i plastů konvenčního charakteru, a to včetně dopadu na recyklační průmysl a odpadové hospodářství. This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of biodegradable plastics and their economic and production evaluation. The first part deals with the general characteristics of plastics and biodegradable plastics. It defines the basic concepts, methods of production of biodegradable plastics, materials used for their production. Description and division of individual types of biodegradable plastics, including the division of biodegradable polymers from renewable and non-renewable sources and the possibility of using biodegradable plastics. The second part deals with economic evaluation of biodegradable plastics and plastics of conventional character, including the impact on the recycling industry and waste management
