Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením míry mrazuvzdornosti vybraných odrůd mandloně obecné. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je popsán princip dormance a mrazuvzdornosti mandloně obecné. Praktická část této práce je vykonána v souladu s předem vytyčenými cíli. Nejprve byly sledovány základní fenologické charakteristiky kvetení, následně ve spolupráci s Výzkumným ústavem rostlinné výroby, v.v.i. byly založeny umělé testy mrazuvzdornosti. Byla stanovena míra odolnosti vůči mrazu a regenerační schopnost u vybraných odrůd mandloně obecné. Ze získaných výsledků byly navrhnuty perspektivní odrůdy pro použití v praxi v podmínkách České republiky. This diploma thesis deals with the determination of frost resistance of selected varieties of almond. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of this thesis is described the principle of dormancy and frost resistance of almonds. The practical part of this work is carried out in accordance with the objectives set in advance. First, basic phenological characteristics of flowering were studied, then in cooperation with the Research Institute of Crop Production, v.v.i. artificial frost resistance tests were established. The degree of frost resistance and regenerative ability of selected varieties of almond was determined. From the obtained results were suggested perspective varieties for use in practice in the Czech Republic.
