Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou opatření, které Evropská unie realizuje či plánuje realizovat v souvislosti s evropskou uprchlickou a migrační krizí v letech 2015–2016. V první části práce je představen Společný evropský azylový systém jako jeden z nejvýznamnějších nástrojů EU v oblasti migrace. Práce popisuje fáze budování systému i jednotlivé směrnice a nařízení. Dále je nastíněn průběh krize a její ekonomické a politické dopady. V druhé části práce nabízí analýzu jednotlivých opatření, která byla vybrána s ohledem na vnitřní a vnější dimenze krize. This diploma thesis deals with the topic of measures that the European Union implements or plans to implement in connection with the european refugee and migration crisis in 2015–2016. In the first part, the thesis focuses on the Common European Asylum System as one of the most important instruments. This chapter describes the construction phases, the directives and regulations of the CEAS. The next part explores the course of the crisis and its economic and political impact on member states and EU as whole. The second part offers an analysis of individual measures that have been chosen regarding the internal and external dimension of the crisis.
