Diplomová práce se zabývá zejména postavením městské zeleně, která jako jeden z mnoha faktorů může zásadně ovlivnit hydrický režim města v době výrazných klimatických výkyvů. Práce se podrobně zaměřuje na klimatické změny, benefity zeleně a ekosystémové služby, zelenou infrastrukturu, roli srážkových vod ve městě a dále popisuje různé studie a přístupy věnované charakteru městských povrchů ve vztahu k propustnosti pro vodu. Praktická část představuje nový způsob hodnocení městských povrchů na základě jejich schopnosti pojmout vodu. Hodnocení probíhalo na zvoleném modelovém území - intravilánu města Letovice. Pro město tak vznikne nový podklad, který může použít nejen v oblasti územního plánování. The diploma thesis deals mainly with the position of urban greenery, which as one of many factors can fundamentally affect the hydric regime of the city in times of significant climatic fluctuations. The work focuses in detail on climate change, the benefits of greenery and ecosystem services, green infrastructure, the role of rainwater in the city and further describes various studies and approaches devoted to the nature of urban surfaces in relation to water permeability. The practical part presents a new way of evaluating urban surfaces based on their ability to absorb water. The evaluation took place in the selected model area - the town of Letovice. This will create a new basis for the city, which can be used not only in the field of spatial planning.
