[cze][eng] V bakalářské práci je zpracováno téma motivace odsouzených ke studiu na Středním odborném učilišti ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V teoretické části je cílem představit historii vzdělávání a charakterizovat současné vzdělávání ve Vězeňské službě České republiky. Dále definovat současné formy vzdělávání, které nabízí Vězeňská služba České republiky odsouzeným osobám a definovat podobu vzdělávání ve věznicích. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je vymezení pojmu resocializace, vymezení pojmu motivace s jejím popisem za použití odborných zdrojů a charakterizovat motivaci odsouzených ke vzdělávání. V druhé části bakalářské práce se zaměřuji na vzdělávání a obory v konkrétní věznici Kuřim s následným popisem oborů v této věznici se zaměřením na střední odborné školství. Stěžejním úkolem druhé části bakalářské práce je zjistit, co odsouzené motivuje ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ve věznici Kuřim k dalšímu vzdělávání, jaké důvody vedly odsouzené k nedokončení vzdělávání před trestem a zjistit hlavní motiv, který je vedl k přihlášení se do vzdělávání na Středním odborné učilišti. K naplnění cíle praktické části bude použit dotazník, sestavený k tomuto účelu. Respondenty pro získání dat budou odsouzení ve výkonu trestu ve Věznici Kuřim, kteří absolvují učební obory nebo vzdělávací kurzy. Ze získaných dat dotazníků bude sestaven závěr bakalářské práce a doplněn grafy.The bachelor thesis develops the topic of motivation of convicted persons to study at the secondary vocational school when serving their term of imprisonment. The theoretical part aims to present the forms of education offered to convicted persons by the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and define the ways of education in prisons. Here I also describe what types of studies are offered to convicted persons in individual prisons. Furthermore, I focus on the education and fields of study in a particular prison in Kuřim with a subsequent description of the fields of study in this prison concentrating on the secondary vocational education. An inseparable element of the theoretical part is the definition of the term motivation with its description using expert sources. In the second part of the bachelor thesis the key task is to find out what motivates the convicted persons serving their term of imprisonment in the Kuřim prison to further educate themselves in the offered professions, what fields of study they prefer, what influences their choices or what are the possible problems connected with the education. In order to meet the objective of the practical part, a questionnaire will be used drawn up for this purpose. In order to obtain data for the questionnaire, the respondents will be the convicted persons serving their term of imprisonment in the Kuřim prison who study apprenticeships or follow educational courses. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis will contain the data obtained from questionnaires complemented with charts.
