V první části práce „Produkce pšenice seté v odlišných agroekologických podmínkách“ je popsán vztah mezi faktory prostředí a výnosotvorným procesem pšenice. Součástí tohoto celku je stručné popsání vhodných podmínek k pěstování pšenice seté. V období 2006–2020 byl v experimentální části sledován vývoj cen půdy a vývoj cen pšenice v České republice. Za pomoci dat Ústředního kontrolního a zkušebního ústavu zemědělského bylo zpracováno grafické zobrazení výnosů zrna pšenice na vybraných zkušebních stanicích, reprezentujících hlavní produkční oblasti pšenice v České republice v dlouhodobém období. Součástí této části je zhodnocení a porovnání vlivů prostředí (lokalita, ročník) na výnosy pšenice seté. Získáním údajů o sezónních výnosech zrna a cenách pšenice v České republice a ve světě byl vypočítán koeficient determinace pro posouzení těsnosti vztahů mezi výnosy a produkcí pšenice a její cenou. V poslední části byla zpracována podniková studie, kde s využitím reálných dat podniku byla provedena analýza bodu zvratu u této komodity. The first part of the work "Production of sown wheat in different agroecological conditions" describes the relationship between stress factors and the yield process of wheat. Part of this unit is briefly described other conditions for growing winter wheat. In the period 2006–2020, the development of land prices and the development of wheat prices in the Czech Republic were monitored. This analysis was the motive for determining the effect of land prices on wheat prices. Using data from the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture, a graphical representation of wheat grain yields at selected areas in the long term was prepared. Part of this part is the evaluation of the effects of the environment (locality, year) on the yields of wheat. Obtaining data on specific yields of grain and prices of wheat in the Czech Republic and the world, a coefficient of determination was calculated to assess the tightness of the relationship between wheat yields and its price. In the last part, a case study was prepared, where the analysis of the turning point for this commodity was performed using real company data.
