Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem ekologického vinařství a dalších možností zpracování vína tak, aby splňovalo požadavky BIO certifikace. Práce rešeršním způsobem zpracovává dostupné zdroje na toto téma. Věnuje se tak obecné charakteristice ekologického zemědělství se zaměřením na ekologické vinohradnictví a zpracování hroznů v souladu s ekologickými postupy. Také práce hovoří o jiných způsobech a postupech zpracování přírodních vín a sdruženích zabývajících se výrobou přírodních vín. This bachelor thesis deals with the description of organic viticulture and other possibilities of wine processing to meet the requirements of BIO certification. It includes research of available resources on this topic. Thesis deals with the general characteristics of organic farming with a focus on organic viticulture and processing of grapes in accordance with organic practices. The work also deals with other ways and procedures of natural wine processing and associations involved in the production of natural wines.
