Tato závěrečná práce se zaměřuje na navržení a vytvoření projektové dokumentace pro středně velký dům podle současné platné legislativy. Je zde uplatněn konstrukční systém firmy HK-Dřestav s výpočtem tepelně izolačních vlastností. Objekt je zamýšlen pro rodinné bydlení a je situován na konkrétní pozemek v obci Bošovice. Dále řeší problematiku zelených střech s uplatněním na tomto objektu. V samostatných přílohách se nachází výkresová dokumentace. This thesis focuses on the designing and creation of project documentation for a medium-sized house according to current valid legislation. There is presented the construction system of the company HK-Dřestav with calculation of thermal insulation properties. The building is designed for family living and it‘s situated on a particular plot in the village Bošovice. Next, it solves the issue of green roofs with application to this object. In separate attachments there is drawing documentation.
