Diplomová práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na výdaje českých domácností v oblasti zdraví v letech 2007,2010 a 2014. Dle zatížení domácností těmito výdaji je hodnocena jejich životní úroveň. Pomocí detailního rozboru výdajů v oblasti zdraví jsou identifikovány domácnosti nejvíce zatížené tímto druhem výdajů. Práce zkoumá výdaje v oblasti zdraví a jejich vývoj převážně z pohledu socioekonomické kategorie domácností a jejich příjmových decilů. Diplomová práce čerpá hlavně z primárních dat Statistiky rodinných účtů, které jsou doplněny o sekundární data makroekonomických ukazatelů životní úrovně a data týkající se oblasti zdraví. Kromě metod popisných statistik je v práci provedena také shluková analýza výdajů. Výsledkem této práce je předložit znalosti ohledně zatížení českých domácností výdaji v oblasti zdraví a zhodnotit jejich životní úroveň. The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of the health expenditures of Czech households within the years 2007, 2010 and 2014. According to the financial burden of households stemming from these expenditures is assessed their standard of living as well. A detailed analysis of health expenditures provided in this thesis enabled to identify the households most affected by this type of expenditures. The thesis deals with health expenditures and their development mainly in terms of the socio-economic category of households and their income deciles. The results are based on primary data obtained from Household budget surveys which are supplemented with secondary data, namely macroeconomic indicators of standard of living and general data on health or healthcare. Regarding the methods used for data processing, the descriptive statistics and the cluster analysis of health expenditures was applied. In this diploma thesis are presented findings on the financial burden of Czech households with health expenditures and on the assessment of their standard of living.
