Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou obce Pec pod Sněžkou v období let 2010 až 2016, jejím zhodnocením a návrhy opatření pro její zlepšení. Ke zhodnocení finanční situace obce byla využita metodika SIMU MF ČR. Výdaje rozpočtu obce převyšovaly příjmy pouze v letech 2012–2014 z důvodů pořízení dlouhodobého hmotného majetku a investic do pozemků. Ke zhodnocení finanční situace obce byly použity ukazatele zadluženosti a likvidity. Celková zadluženost obce byla rostoucí až do roku 2013, kdy dosáhla nejvyšší hodnoty ve sledovaném období, ale stále nepřesáhla limit 25 % stanovený Ministerstvem financí ČR. Průměrná celková likvidita přesáhla doporučený limit pouze minimálně. Obci bylo zjištěno kvalitní hospodaření s peněžními prostředky a ke zvýšení příjmů ji bylo například doporučeno zvážit možnost pořádání více zimních lyžařských závodů či založení vlastního letního hudebního festivalu. This bachelor thesis is dealing with the financial analysis of the Pec pod Sněžkou municipality between the years 2010 and 2016, its evaluation and proposals for the possible improvements. Evaluation of the financial situation is based on the SIMU MF ČR technique. Budget expenditure of the municipality were overreaching the income only between the years 2012 and 2014 as a result of acquisition of tangible fixed assets and investment in land. The indicators of indebtedness and liquidity were used to assess the financial situation of the municipality. The total debt of the municipality was rising until 2013 when it reached the highest value in the reference period, but still did not exceed the 25 % limit established by The Ministry of Finance of the Czech republic. Average total liquidity exceeded the recommended limit just merely. The municipal have been found to have a well established financial resources and, for example, it has been recommended to consider the possibility of organizing more winter skiing competitions or establishing their own summer music festival.
