Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit ošetřovatelskou praxi u telat českého strakatého skotu v mlezivovém a mléčném období ve vybraném chovu. K tomu účelu byl proveden experiment na vybraném zemědělském podniku. Sledování telat proběhlo od září do prosince roku 2019. Do sledování bylo náhodně celkem vybráno 15 telat, která byla krmena 2x denně (3 litry mleziva a 4 litry mléčné krmné směsi). U těchto telat byla zaznamenána živá hmotnost po narození (kg). Dále hmotnost na konci mlezivového období (kg), což bylo ve věku telat 5 dní. Poslední měřená hmotnost byla ve věku telat cca 56 dní. Po celou dobu sledování vybraných telat byl zaznamenáván jejich příjem mleziva a sušeného mléka. Bylo zjištěno, že průměrná živá hmotnost při narození činila 41,44 kg. Průměrná živá hmotnost telat na konci mlezivového období byla 45,74 kg a průměrná živá hmotnost telat na konci mléčného období dosahovala 81,04 kg. Telata průměrně spotřebovala 25,13 litrů mleziva a 442,03 litrů mléčné krmné směsi. Průměrný denní přírůstek v mléčném období byl stanoven na 0,696 kg při spotřebě 1,45 kg sušeného mléka. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the nursing practice of Czech Fleckvieh calves in the colostrum and dairy nutrition in selected breeding. For this purpose, an experiment was performed at the selected farm. The observation of calves was carried out from September to December 2019. Total of 15 randomly selected calves were analysed, which were fed 2 times per day (3 liters of colostrum and 4 liters of milk compound feed). For each animal was recorded its live weight at birth (kg), weight at the end of the colostrum nutrition (kg), when calves was at the age of 5 days. The last measured weight was around 56 days of age. Their intake of colostrum and milk powder was recorded throughout the monitoring of selected calves. It was found that the average live weight at birth was 41,44 kg. The average live weight of calves at the end of the colostrum nutrition was 45,74 kg and the average live weight of calves at the end of the dairy nutrition was 81,04 kg. On average calves consumed 25,13 liters of colostrum and 442,03 liters of dairy compound feed. The average daily gain in the dairy nutrition was set at 0,696 kg while consuming 1,45 kg of milk powder.
