Téma mé bakalářské práce, Charakteristika vinařského region Bzenecka, jsem si vybral hned z několika důvodů. Oblast Bzeneckého regionu je mým rodným krajem, zde jsem se narodil, vyrůstal, žil se svou rodinu, rád se sem vracím, mám rád dobrá vína. Tyto aspekty mne motivovaly k napsání mé závěrečné práce, ve které blíže charakterizuji Bzenecký region z pohledu jak půdních geologických tak i podmínek klimatologických. Je naši rodinnou tradicí se každoročně účastnit Bzeneckého vinobraní, kde můžeme zavzpomínat na časy minulé, které nám přiblíží místní krojovaná mládež, zdejší folklór, také zde můžeme ochutnat vína s historickým původem, taktéž vína současná. I have chosen the subject of my bachelor thesis, Characteristics of the Bzenecko wine region, for several reasons. The Bzenecko region is my birthplace, it is where I was born, grew up and lived with my family. I like to come back here and appreciate good wine. These aspects motivated me to write my final work in which I characterise the Bzenecko region in terms of geological and climatological conditions. Every year, it is our family tradition to participate in the Bzenec wine harvest festival. This is where we remember the past times, as reminded by the local folk groups in their traditional costumes, and the local folklore culture. As well as tasting the contemporary wine, we can also enjoy wine with historical origin.
