Bakalářská práce se věnuje charakteristice souvislostí v komoditní vertikále ovocných pálenek v rámci jejich produkce na území České republiky. V práci je obecně vysvětlena podstata agrobyznysu a z něho vycházejících agrárních trhů a komoditních vertikál. Následně je tato teorie prakticky vztažena na komoditní vertikálu ovocné pálenky. Pomocí komoditní vertikály jsme provedeni všemi fázemi výroby ovocného destilátu, od surového ovoce po výsledný produkt určený spotřebiteli. Práce detailněji popisuje výrobu tohoto nápoje, neboť se jedná o sled technicky náročnějších úkonů. Nastíní nám rizika spojená s ovocnými destiláty, potažmo alkoholickými nápoji obecně. Seznamuje nás se specifickými prvky, jimiž se komoditní vertikála ovocné pálenky odlišuje od komoditních vertikál běžných potravinářských produktů. The Bachelor thesis focuses on the characteristics of the context in the commodity vertical of fruit brandies as part of their production in the territory of the Czech Republic. In the thesis, the essence of agribusiness and its emerging agrarian markets and commodity verticals is generally explained. Subsequently, this theory is practically related to the commodity vertical of fruit brandy. Using a commodity vertical, we are guided through all stages of fruit spirit production, from raw fruit to the resulting product intended for the consumer. The thesis describes the production of this drink in more detail, as it is a sequence of technically more demanding tasks. It will outline the risks associated with fruit distillates and actually, alcoholic beverages in general. It introduces us to the specific elements that distinguish the commodity vertical of fruit brandy from the commodity vertical of common food products.
