Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti podniku STÍN KOVO s.r.o. a následným stanovením doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a výkonnosti podniku za využití finančních a nefinančních přístupů a metody Balanced Scorecard. Práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů daných přístupů a metodou Balanced Scorecard. Praktická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku vybraného podniku a následnou finanční analýzu, analýzu silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb. Výsledky výše zmíněných metod jsou aplikovány v rámci BSC metody k vytvoření návrhů pro zvýšení výkonnosti podniku. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the performance of the company STÍN KOVO s.r.o. and the subsequent determination of recommendations for increasing the competitiveness and performance of the enterprise using financial and non-financial approaches and the Balanced Scorecard method. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the terms of the given approaches and the Balanced Scorecard method. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the selected enterprise and the subsequent financial analysis, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the above methods are applied within the BSC method to create proposals for increasing the performance of the enterprise.
