Cílem této bakalářské práce je, na základě zhodnocení ekonomické situace společnosti Baierová spol. s r.o. v letech 2004--2008, navrhnout opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení současného stavu. Sledovaná firma je vlastníkem licence na provoz restaurací řetězce rychlého občerstvení McDonald's. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné charakteristiky jednotlivých metod finanční analýzy a její techniky. V praktické části jsou metody aplikovány na konkrétní údaje sledovaného podniku. V části návrhy a doporučení jsou shrnuty dosaţené výsledky analýzy a navrhnuta optimální nápravná řešení ve finančních oblastech, kde se vyskytují jisté nedostatky. The aim of this bachelor thesis is, on the base of elaborating financial analysis of the company Baierová spol. s r.o. in years 2004-2008, propose measures to improve the current financial situation. Controlled company owns the license to run fast food restaurants of chain McDonald's. The thesis is divided into two parts, on the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical section is focuses on the general characteristics different methods of financial analysis and technology. In the practical section there are methods applied to specific data of the reference company. At the conclusion are summarized the results and suggested optimal solutions in the financial area, where some problem exists.
