Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2016 Bakalářská práce se zabývá ověřením již existujícího záměru založení nové ka-várny na území města Brna. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení odpovídajícího právního prostředí a zajištění odborného teoretického podkladu k metodickým postupům, užitým ve vlastním zkoumání. Úvodem praktické části je stanovena výchozí hypotéza o strategickém záměru (tj. výchozí představa podnikatele). Cílem vlastní práce je hypotézu za užití vhodných analytických technik a metod strate-gického managementu validovat a optimalizovat. Výstupem práce je formulace vhodné strategie a finální Lean Canvas model, zohledňující veškeré předchozí zkoumání. Brückner, J. Opening of a café -- market verification and strategy proposal. Bachelor's thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2016 The theme of this bachelor's thesis is the verification of an existing plan to establish a new café in the city of Brno. The theoretical part outlines the relevant legal environment and provides a theoretical basis to the specific methodological procedures applied in the subsequent investigation. The introduction of the practical section describes the initial hypothesis for the strategic plan (i.e. the initial vision of the entrepreneur). The aim of the thesis is to validate and optimise this first hypothesis, using appropriate analytical techniques and methods of strategic management. The outcome of this thesis is the formulation of an ideal strategy and the finalisation of the Lean Canvas model, taking into account all previous investigation.
