Kaanová, M. Urban exploration jako netradiční forma cestovního ruchu. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza atraktivity a právního stavu vybraných památek v Brně, a následný návrh produktu cestovního ruchu v oblasti urban exploration. V teoretické části je spracována problematika cestovního ruchu, urban exploration, státní pámátkové péče a financování kulturních památek. V praktické části jsou nejprve zkoumány soudní spory v oblasti památkové péče. Dále je zpracována aplikace památkové péče na vybrané památky a také návrh zdrojov financování pro tyto památky. Kombinací vybraných památek a služeb je vytvořen návrh produktu cestovního ruchu. Kaanová, M. Urban exploration as an unconventional form of tourism. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2020. The subject of this bachelor thesis is analysis of attractivity and legal state of chosen sights in Brno, which is followed by a proposal of a tourism product in the field of urban exploration. The theoretical part covers problems of tourism, urban exploration, cultural sights protection by law and sources of funding for cultural sights. In the practical part, legal disputes in the field of cultural sights protection are explored at first. Then a proposal of legal protection and sources of funding for chosen sights is made. By combining the chosen sights and services, a proposal of tourism product is created.
