Bakalářská práce s názvem Aktuální pohled na hodnocení rostlinných bioproduktů a biopotravin shrnuje současné poznatky v této oblasti. Na začátku literárního přehledu je definováno ekologické zemědělství, které je základem pro následující kapitoly. Ty jsou zaměřeny na rezidua pesticidů, těžké kovy, nitráty a zdraví prospěšné látky, přičemž dochází ke srovnávání rostlinných biopotravin a bioproduktů s těmi konvenčními a s jejich následným vlivem na lidský organismus. The bachelor thesis entitled Current view on the evaluation of plant-based organic products and organic food summarizes the current knowledge in this area. The beginning of the literature review defines organic farming, which is the basis for the following chapters. These are focused on pesticide residues, heavy metals, nitrates and health-promoting substances, while comparing plant-based organic food and bioproducts with conventional ones and their subsequent impact on the human organism.
