Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma spolupráce střední školy a sociálního partnera z pohledu firmy. Jejím hlavním cílem je popsat možnosti spolupráce, které nabízí První brněnská strojírna, a. s. svým cílovým skupinám, tzn. žákům základních škol, studentům středních škol a univerzit; jejímž prostřednictvím vychovává nové generace strojařů. Nedílnou součástí této bakalářské práce je také seznámení se středním odborným školstvím v České republice. Cílem praktické části je vyhodnocení úspěšnosti spolupráce pomocí kvalitativního dotazníkového šetření, jehož se účastní zástupci jednotlivých organizací interesovaných do této spolupráce. Závěrem praktické části této bakalářské práce je návrh několika doporučení pro lepší fungování v budoucnu. The bachelor thesis is focused on the cooperation between high school and social partner from the perspective of the company. The main goal is to describe the possibilities of cooperation that Prvni brnenska strojirna Velka Bites offers to its target groups, i.e. primary school pupils, secondary school and university students; through which it educates new generations of mechanical engineers. Another part of this bachelor thesis is also ac-quainted with secondary vocational education in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the practical part this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the success of cooperation using a qualitative questionnaire survey, which is attended by representatives of individual or-ganizations interested in this cooperation. The conclusion of the practical part of this bachelor thesis is a proposal of several recommendations for better functioning in the future.
