Bakalářská práce na téma „Netradiční způsoby využití ječmene“ popisuje užit-kové směry jeho pěstování, jeho tradiční využití v oblastech potravinářství, sladovnictví a krmivářství. Dále se zabývá netradičními směry využití ječmene, jako jsou zelený ječmen nebo z něj vyprodukovaná tzv. šťáva. Je zde také popsáno složení různě zpraco-vaného zrna ječmene. Jedním z možných a v poslední době velmi oblíbený způsob ne-tradičního využití je výroba bulguru. Jeden z možných směrů netradičního využití ječ-mene je zaměřen na odrůdy typu Waxy a výrobu Pot barely. The bachelor's thesis on the topic "Non-traditional ways of using barley" de-scribes the types of its cultivation, its traditional use in the fields of food, malting and feed. It also deals with non-traditional uses of barley, such as green barley or the so-called juice produced from it. One of the possible and recently very popular ways of non-traditional use is the production of bulgur. One of the possible ways of non-traditional use is focused on Waxy types and Pot barley.
