V bakalárskej práci sa venujem integrácii imigrantov vo vybraných mestách, ktorými je španielske mesto Girona a mesto Brno. Cieľom práce je skúmanie štyroch základných oblastí, vďaka ktorým v konečnom dôsledku dôjde k integrácii a inklúzii migrantov do spoločnosti a následné odpovedanie na výskumné otázky. Medzi tieto oblasti som zaradila pracovný trh, vzdelávanie, zdravotnú starostlivosť a sociálne začlenenie. Oblasti boli dôsledne vybrané na základe ukazovateľov použitých v indikátore MIPEX. Práca pozostáva z teoretickej a praktickej časti. V teoretickej časti sa sústredím na definovanie pojmov spojených s integráciou, približujem typy a príčiny migrácie. Postupne sa dostávam k dôležitým oblastiam integrácie a vysvetľujem z akého dôvodu sa treba na ne zameriavať. Praktická časť sa venuje skúmaniu dvoch vybraných miest. Súčasnú situáciu v akej sa migranti nachádzajú a ako ľahko, respektíve aká je náročná integrácia v danej spoločnosti, upresňujem prostredníctvom rozhovorov a sekundárnych dát. V závere práce následne vyhodnocujem získané informácie z oboch miest a odpovedám na položené výskumné otázky. In my bachelor thesis, I analyze the integration of immigrants in selected cities, such as the Spanish city of Girona and the city of Brno. The aim of the thesis is to examine the four main areas, resulting in the integration of migrants into society and the subsequent response to research questions. The selected main areas con-sist of the labor market, education, health care and social inclusion. Areas have been consistently selected on the basis of the indicators used in the MIPEX indicator. The work consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I focus on defining concepts related to integration, different types and causes of migration. In practical part I concentrate at integration in two selected places. I evaluate especially the current situation in which migrants live and how easy it is for them to integrate into a particular society. I use methods such as performing interviews and obtaining secondary data. At the end of the thesis, I evaluate the information obtained from the practical part and I answer the research questions I have chosen.
