Tématem této bakalářské práce je posouzení distribuce okusu působeného srnčí zvěří na přirozeném zmlazení smrku. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit rozmístění škod na území o velikosti průměrné honitby, stanovit tři metody zjišťování okusu a posoudit vliv jejich hustoty a výběru na přesnost výsledků. Během této práce byla provedena inventarizace poškození na zkusných plochách. Z mapových výstupů byl patrný výskyt poškození. Toto poškození bylo hlavně v okrajových částech a na jihu honitby. V těchto oblastech bylo málo přirozeného zmlazení. Přesnost vybraných metod rostla s větší hustotou. Potvrdil to s pravděpodobností 95 % i užší interval spolehlivosti. Rozdíl ve středních hodnotách použitých metod nebyl statisticky významný. Hustší metody byly časově více náročné. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the assessment of the distribution of browsing on spruce caused by roe deer. The main goal was to detect the distribution of damage in an area the size of an average hunting district, to establish three browsing detection methods, and to assess the effect of their density and selection on the accuracy of the results. An inventory of browsing was performed on sample plots during this work. The map outputs showed occurrence of damage. This damage was mainly detected on the edge and in the south of the hunting district. There was little natural regeneration in these areas. The accuracy of selected methods increased with higher density. The narrower confidence interval of the densest method confirmed this with a probability of 95 %. The difference in the mean values of the methods which were used was not statistically significant. Denser methods were more time consuming.
