Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na konstrukční provedení, problematiku a vývojové trendy v oblasti vinařských čerpadel. Ve vinařském provozu se můžeme setkat s různými specifiky, počínaje druhem transportovaného materiálu a konče podmínkami potřebnými k dosažení plynulé a bezproblémové přepravy suroviny. Moderní vinařské technologické postupy vyžadují, aby vinařská čerpadla splňovala nejnáročnější požadavky na spolehlivost, plynulost a šetrnost. Uvedeny jsou vývojové trendy čerpadel společně s doporučením pro vinařský podnik. My bachelor´s thesis is focused on design, issue and developement trends in the field of wine pumps. We may encounter different specifics in wine production. Starting with the type of material transported and ending with the conditions required to achieve smooth and seamless transport of raw materials. Modern winemaking technology practices require wine pumps to meet the most demanding requirements for reliability, fluency and refinement. These are the development trends of pumps along with the recommendation for the wine business.
