Bakalářská práce v úvodu nahlíží na historii a současnost managementu. Dále se věnuje moderním výukovým metodám manažerů prostřednictvím her. V praktické části představuje konkrétní hru, která je implementována pro Raspberry Pi. V závěru práce se zaměříme na možná zlepšení dosavadního řešení. The bachelor thesis focuses in its theoretical part on the history and the present of the management. Following that, the thesis is concerned with a modern educational methods for managers through the games. The practical part of the thesis is based on introducing one specific game, which is implemented for computer Raspberry Pi. The outcome of the thesis is concerned with the identification of possible upgrading of existing solutions.
