Cílem diplomové práce bylo ověřit hladinu rezistence šesti vybraných odrůd cukrové řepy k houbovému patogenu Cercospora beticola a vliv fungicidního ošetření na četnost výskytu a intenzity napadení patogenem Cercospora beticola u odrůd cukrové řepy. Pozorování byla prováděna na polním pokusu katastru obce Slavkov (okres Opava) v roce 2020. Výsledky potvrdily deklarovanou odolnost u odrůd. Nejméně napadeny byly odrůdy Drake a Aviso. Tolerantní odrůdy Poseidon a Freddie dosahovaly průměrného napadení. Nejvíce napadenými odrůdami byly odrůdy Gellert a Tortuga. Při hodnocení fungicidního ošetření s přídavkem měďnatého hnojiva bylo zjištěno, že měďnaté hnojivo nemělo přímý vliv na patogena Cercospora beticola, ani účinek fungicidů nezesilovalo. The goal of this study was to determine the level of resistance of six selected sugar beet varieties against fungal pathogen Cercospora beticola, and also to assess the effect of fungicidal treatment on the disease incidence and disease intensity by this pathogen on the above-mentioned varieties. The experiment was performed in cadaster of Slavkov (Opava district) in 2020. Results approved the declared resistance of varieties. The least attacked were varieties Drake and Aviso. Permissive varieties Poseidon and Freddie were moderately attacked. The most seriously attacked varieties appeared to be Gellert and Tortuga. The evaluation of fungicidal treatment with cupric fertilizer did not reveal any linear effect on the occurrence of Cercospora beticola. Also, supplementing cupric fertilizer did not increase the effect of fungicides.
