Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na potenciální dopady rozvoje Průmyslu 4.0 na zaměstnanost Jihomoravského kraje. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jaké dopady bude mít Průmysl 4.0 na zaměstnanost jednotlivých hospodářských sektorů dle klasifikace CZ-NACE a jednotlivých skupin zaměstnání dle klasifikace CZ-ISCO v Jihomoravském kraji. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že Jihomoravský kraj je druhým nejméně ohroženým krajem České republiky, neboť je to kraj konkurenceschopný a inovativně výkonný, a tudíž možné negativní dopady Průmyslu 4.0 na zaměstnanost kraje by měly být menší než u ostatních krajů. This bachelor thesis focuses on the possible impacts of Industry 4.0 development on the employment in the South Moravian region. The main objective was to determine the impact of Industry 4.0 on the employment of economic sectors according to CZ-NACE classification and individual job groups according to the CZ-ISCO classification in the South Moravian Region. The result of the thesis is that the South Moravian region is the second least vulnerable region in the Czech Republic because it is competitive and strongly inovative region, and therefore possible negative effects of Industry 4.0 on employment on the region should be smaller than on other regions.
