Bakalářská práce se věnuje investiční a finanční problematice, kterou v praktické části reprezentuje realizace fundamentální analýzy a stanovení vnitřní hodnoty akcií společnosti Philip Morris ČR a. s., které jsou obchodované na Burze cenných papírů Praha, přičemž stanovování vnitřní hodnoty akcií je realizováno pomocí dividendového diskontního modelu a historického modelu. Práce se v rámci své teoretické části věnuje nejvýznamnějším metodám oceňování akcií a hodnocení finanční situace obchodních společností, přičemž důraz je kladen na teoretická východiska jednotlivých částí fundamentální analýzy, které tvoří literární podklad pro realizaci praktické části bakalářské práce. The bachelor’s thesis deals with investment and financial issues, which are, in the practical part, represented by the implementation of fundamental analysis and determination of the intrinsic value of shares of Philip Morris ČR a. s., which are traded on Prague Stock Exchange, while the determination of the intrinsic value of shares is carried out using a dividend discount model and a historical model. Within its theoretical part, the work deals with the most important methods of stock valuation and evaluation of the financial situation of companies, with emphasis on the theoretical basis of individual parts of the fundamental analysis, which form the literary basis for the practical part of the bachelor’s thesis.
