Práce se zabývá vytvořením frontendu modulu pro elektronickou legislativu, jehož podstata spočívá v zefektivnění tvorby legislativy. Práce je součástí komplexního řešení systému, který podporuje proces tvorby práva v každé jeho fázi, v elektronické podobě. Podstatou pro její vznik je analýza nedostatků aktuálního řešení, na jejímž základě je vytvořen návrh řešení, jeho implementace a testování. The objective of this thesis is frontend creation of module for electronic legislation which principle is to have more effective creation of legislation. This thesis is a part of a comprehensive solution of the system which supports the process of law-making in each of its phases, in electronic form. The essence for its creation is the analysis of current solution’s insufficiencies. On these basis, design of the solution, its implementation and testing are created.
