Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickým vyhodnocením pěstování obilnin (pšenice ozimé a ječmene jarního) v zemědělském podniku. V první části se zabývám literárním přehledem pro objasnění daných faktů, jako jsou informace o pěstovaných obilninách, jejich rajonizace a agrotechnika. Další část tvoří seznámení s podnikem, popis použitých odrůd obilnin a také půdní a klimatické podmínky v daném roce. Ve výsledcích provádím ekonomické vyhodnocení plodin na základě nákladů a výnosů v závislosti na zvolené předplodině. Tyto výpočty následně vyhodnocuji a srovnávám. Nejvyšší výnos byl u honů s pšenicí ozimou dosažen s předplodinou řepka ozimá, u ječmene jarního poté s předplodinou cukrovka. U těchto variant byl zároveň nejvyšší příspěvek na úhradu. Z výsledků tedy vyplývá, že zmíněné předplodiny patří mezi velmi vhodné pro pěstování daných obilnin. This bachelor thesis deals with the economic evaluation of grain cultivation (winter and spring wheat) in an agricultural enterprise. In the first part I deal with a literature review to clarify the facts, such as general information about cultivated cereals, their zoning and agronomy practices. The next part introduces the company and describes the varieties of cereals used and also the soil and climatic conditions in a given year. In the results, I perform an economic evaluation of the crop based on costs and revenues depending on the selected pre-crop. These calculations are then evaluated and compared. The highest yield was achieved in winter wheat hunts with the winter rape pre-crop, and in spring barley then with the sugar pre-crop. For these variants, the highest contribution was also paid. The results therefore show that the mentioned pre-crops are among the most suitable for growing the given cereals.
